　　什么是Togaf？

TOGAF 9.2基础+鉴定是一个4天的连贯性培训体系，它从企业战略环境出发，介绍企业架构的基本概念和实践，引入架构开发方法(ADM)和2项指引和9项技术、需求分析和管理，再从架构内容框架、架构治理、架构能力模型全方位地解析企业架构的实践。

什么是数据先行 or 应用先行？

阶段C包括数据架构和应用架构，开发顺序任意。

事实上，不管哪种开发顺序，均有其支持者：

数据先行：Steven Spewak在《企业架构规划》中建议采用数据驱动的开发顺序。

应用先行：ERP、CRM等主要应用系统（ERP、CRM…）通常将技术基础设施与应用逻辑相结合。应用驱动的方法把核心应用（支撑关键任务的业务流程）作为架构工作的主要焦点。但是，集成问题往往构成重大挑战。
